Running a business is hard work, especially small ones where many hats are worn. Sometimes, there's just not enough time for those pesky admin tasks. You know the ones, the annoying chores that must be done to keep the cogs turning. Drowning in the behind-the-scenes takes away time you could be dedicating to operations and continuing to grow your business.
That's where I come in. A virtual assistant with years of experience working in admin for small local businesses.

After being an admin for a number of years now in a variety of industries (forestry investments, farm retail, IT services), I have a keen eye for patterns, finding ways to generate or increase revenue, and finding ways to make practices more streamlined and consistent. You'd be working with a Xero certified professional who enjoys learning new things and is happy to give anything a go. I thrive off of some routine, but I enjoy novelty – perfect as no two days are the same!

When you hire me, the minimum is 1 hour, providing you flexible support to best match your business's budget and needs, but without big commitments.
If you're based in the Wellington region, I can potentially be a hybrid contractor to your team. Reach out to discuss this further!
Please note that I require flexibility during the university semesters.
A new hire involves a lot of dedication and on-boarding costs, creating a greater risk. Hiring me is not as big of a commitment! With month-by-month contracts and the ability to skip up to 2 months when I'm not needed, it's up to you how long I provide support for you.
Yes! I can offer temp contracts while your normal admin goes on leave, or keep the inbox organised over the holiday period. AGM coming up? I can help! Check out the Services page for more details on what I can offer short-term.
For month-by-month contracts, the termination notice period is 21-days. However, you can skip up to 2 months if you temporarily don't require services.
